Suzanne Rog
Pre-kindergarten
Suzanne Rog is a Certified Director and Preschool Teacher who has lived in Southern Maryland her entire life. This is her seventh year at KCA, where she serves as the Director and Pre-K Teacher for the 4-year-old program. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Suzanne has taught in many different settings and age groups, yet her passion remains working with young learners and helping them build strong academic and social foundations.
Suzanne believes every child is unique, capable, and deserving of a nurturing, engaging environment where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Her goal each day is to create a classroom where children can grow not only academically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.
She is a proud member of Faith Bible Church and is married to her husband, Matthew. Together they have four wonderful children, the youngest of whom graduated from KCA in 2025 and is currently attending Frostburg State University. Suzanne also enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with her family, including her five beloved grandchildren. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, continuing her journey as a lifelong learner and passionate educator.
