John Harris

Chairman of the Board

John Harris has been a KCA board member since 2003 and has previously served as Chairman, Secretary, and Chairman of the Transportation Committee. He graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked as a civil servant at the Naval Air Warfare Center since 1982. He currently serves as an Elder and Small Group Coordinator at Faith Bible Church in Mechanicsville, MD. John and his wife Tita have three children and one daughter-in-law, all of whom have graduated from KCA.

Peter Allen

Peter Allen is a 2005 graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. He is also a former student at KCA (then Lexington Park Christian School, 1996-1998). Mr. Allen currently works for JET Systems. He and his wife Julie (Ralon) Allen (KCA 2001 graduate) have two children, Annabelle and Matthew, who attend KCA. Peter and his family attend Faith Bible Church in Mechanicsville, MD.

Betsy Barreto

Betsy graduated in 1991 from the University of Puerto Rico with a B.A. degree in Business Administration. She's a former student of a private Christian Academy in Puerto Rico, and mother of two KCA Alumni and one KCA student. Her daughter Natalia graduated in 2012, Cristina graduated in 2016, and Adriana currently attends. Betsy is also KCA’s former Director of Admissions, where she worked for 14 years. She now works at the President's Office at St. Mary's College of Maryland, and as a certified Christian Life Coach. Betsy and her husband Jose are bilingual Pastors, Christian Life Coach Directors with MetodoCC in the area of USA East, and lifelong worship leaders.

Tyler Sautter

Tyler Sautter is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in business administration, leadership, and in specific technical operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing both a Master's and Doctorate in Business Administration from Liberty University. As a member of the Senior Leadership team at a mid-size government contractor, Tyler plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategies. His expertise in program management, change management, and strategic planning has been instrumental in the organization's success. Tyler's professional background spans over 18 years, with significant experience in UAS operations, training, counter-threat solutions, management, finance, and growth. Tyler is deeply committed to his faith and community. He and his family are active members of Harvest Fellowship in Lusby, Maryland, where Tyler contributes his leadership skills to the church's safety ministry. Additionally, Tyler serves as the Vice President of Bitty Ball and T-Ball for St. Mary's Little League.

John Green

John Green has been working as a Program Manager at the Naval Air System Command since 1999 and retired as a US Navy Captain in 2014 before being hired into Civil Service. He is a 1987 graduate of the US Naval Academy and has a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. John and his wife Shari married in 1989, attend SouthPoint Church, and had all four of their children graduate from KCA between 2009 and 2015. He has been a Board member since 2008.
